Dr John Lamont-Black, BSc, PhD - Chief Executive

John directs the day to day activities of the company and has extensive knowledge of both the theoretical background to electrokinetic geosynthetic technology and its application to practical challenges in ground consolidation and waste dewatering.

 

David Huntley, BA(Econ), ACMA - Director

A qualified accountant, David’s background is as a chief executive of technology and engineering companies in both the USA and UK.

 

Professor C J F P Jones, BSC, MSc, PhD, CEng, FICE - Director

Colin Jones is also Emeritus Professor of Geotechnical Engineering at Newcastle University. He is the Immediate Past Chairman of the UK Bridge Design Committee and a Past President of the International Geosynthetics Society. He has forty years experience in civil, geotechnical and structural design, construction including the development of National Design Standards and Codes of Practice. Research work includes the development of electrokinetic geosynthetics and the design of integral bridges.
Colin is a pioneer in the fields of reinforced soil and electrokinetic geosynthetics.

 

Professor Stephanie Glendinning, BSc, PhD - Director

Stephanie Glendinning is also a Reader in Environmental Geotechnics, Newcastle University, School of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
Stephanie has extensive technical background and experience in the area of slope stabilisation with particular reference to the challenges associated with climate change.
